The Global Business Excellence Lead is responsible for leading a global business excellence team focused on strengthening commercial performance across US and Ex-US markets through insights, tools and best practices.
This role will work to harmonize consistent process effectiveness and excellence across all GH&B departments as well as manage and lead implementation of enterprise-wide culture initiatives.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00, with eligibility for a bonus target of 20.0% and long-term incentives.
