Job Summary

  • Lead our relationship with each artist team, crafting merch & D2C strategies that align with the artist’s creative vision to deliver strong commercial results across both merch and music.
  • Develop long-term (rolling 12mo+) calendar plans across all revenue channels—including D2C, tour, VIP, retail sales, and licensing—guiding the strategy behind every campaign, product launch, and fan experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned artists and label partners, building trusted relationships with artist management, label marketing teams, and creative partners.
