Job Summary

  • Focused on helping achieve the Finance Shared Services mission of serving the business accurately, efficiently, and politely.
  • Reviewing & researching billing tickets reported by customers, working within accounts receivable and with other departments to resolve the tickets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers (verbal and written) to provide feedback on tickets.
