Job Summary

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of composite manufacturing processes for the Neutron Launch Vehicle.
• Coordinate a team focused on overseeing the introduction of new products, ensuring quality, and robust process design including bonding, alignment, and lamination.
• Develop and mentor less experienced engineers and technicians, ensure robust planning, and manage performance for engineers on the team.
