Job Summary

• The Behavioral and Mental Health Manager will provide leadership and supervision to Behavioral Mental Health Therapists, including oversight and coordination of services in a model of care centered around integrated, multidisciplinary services.

• Provide organizational and clinical supervision to a team of Behavioral Mental Health Supervisors, Behavioral Mental Health Therapists I and II, Social Workers I and II and Associate BMH Therapists as assigned.

Key Requirements

• 5 years mental health licensed experience
• 3 years clinical supervision experience
• 3 years leadership experience
• Master’s degree in social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• Unrestricted Georgia license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• BLS or PALS certification
