Job Summary

  • Lead the sustaining Demand and Supply Planning teams responsible for creating and executing hardware forecasts across all of Samsara’s product lines globally.
  • Own the end-to-end forecasting process for in-market products—from signal collection and scenario modeling through handoff into supply and fulfillment—ensuring we meet customer demand while balancing inventory, cash, and cost objectives.
  • Coach, develop, and scale a high-performing planning team, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and building career paths for both demand and supply planners across levels and geographies.
