Job Summary

• The Senior Investigator role sits within The Central Complaints & Investigations team and is responsible for the full range of complaints & investigations to all teams of the RMIT University Group.
• Lead and manage complex investigations involving students, staff and members of the public.
• Prepare and maintain specialised procedures, guidelines and documents to support, manage and document case outcomes, including but not limited to correspondence, disciplinary letters, memos and investigation reports.

• Demonstrated experience and understanding in managing cases of misconduct
• Good understanding and experience regarding impact of employment law on investigations
• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Proven ability in the use of a range of computer applications
