Job Summary

  • As a Quality Manager at Flint Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations within our manufacturing operations.
  • The Quality Manager is responsible for the management of the site’s Quality Management System which includes upholding our International Organization for Standardization, ISO, 9001 certification, meeting quality objectives and implementing procedures or methods to ensure products meet specification.
  • The Quality Manager will support the site by ensuring the Quality Department is properly trained and follows all safety practices, managing the daily scheduling of tasks, and hiring qualified personnel to continue to build a strong team.
