The Head of People is responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy of a fast-growing wealth management fintech in South Africa.
This role partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build a high-performance, compliant, and values-led organization supporting sustainable growth.
The incumbent must ensure full compliance with South African labour legislation including LRA, BCEA, EE Act, and Skills Development Act while managing industrial relations.

Experience leading HR in regulated environments

Experience working with Boards and Remuneration Committees
Key Requirements
10+ years HR leadership experience
5+ years at senior management or Head of HR level
Strong working knowledge of South African labour legislation
Proven experience scaling businesses with 500+ employees
