Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change at the factory level by connecting Lean operating systems with digital innovation.
You will facilitate Kaizen events using tools such as 5S, visual management, daily management, and value stream mapping to improve operational excellence.
The position requires developing and sustaining KPI visibility through Power BI dashboards while digitizing manual processes using Power Apps or similar low-code tools.
