Job Summary
You will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
You will be assisting the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
