Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
  • You will be assisting the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
