Job Summary
Serve as the key commercial and technical interface between Axalta and multiple customer plants, combining account management, technical service, sales coordination, and project leadership.
Provide daily technical service, including monitoring line performance of Axalta materials and acting as the technical and sales interface between Axalta and four key customers.
Lead productivity improvement projects at customer sites, identify and develop business opportunities, and support new product qualification and innovation programs.
