  • Act as the central interface between business and customer requirements and IT technical implementation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional IT projects for ZEISS Vision Care's D-A-CH sales organization.
  • Support change management by creating and conducting training sessions for existing and optimized processes and new software solutions.
