The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
This role requires assisting residents with daily functions including personal care, mobility, and preparing for medical tests while maintaining confidentiality and reporting any changes or incidents promptly.
The work environment is usually low to moderate noise level and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
