Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry
  • Relevant Industry experience with Travel, Transport and Hospitality Industries
  • Exposure to Salesforce will be a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required
  • Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution
  • Understand and drive use cases, customer journeys
  • Ability to draw ‘Day in life of’ across different LOBs
  • Business Analysis/ Business case/return on investment construction
  • Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
  • Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Outstanding presentation and demonstration skills
