Key Requirements
12+ years of relevant experience in the IT Industry
Relevant Industry experience with Travel, Transport and Hospitality Industries
Exposure to Salesforce will be a plus but not mandatory
Strong focus and experience in pre-sales or implementation is required
Experience in demonstrating Customer engagement solution
Understand and drive use cases, customer journeys
Ability to draw ‘Day in life of’ across different LOBs
Business Analysis/ Business case/return on investment construction
Experience in sophisticated solution selling to Enterprise customers
Broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing and Mobile solutions
