Job Summary
Building Engineer Location Toa Payoh Job Responsibilities · Lead safety programs such as Gemba site walks, follow up on action items, and attend Safety Committee meetings
· Investigate, check, and analyse reported breakdowns and faults to determine root causes and prevent recurrence
· Conduct monthly inspections with the cleaning company to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained in accordance with KPIs, including pest control and landscaping
