One year direct supervisory experience
Managing people and performance concerns
Solving complex problems in fast-paced environment
Willingness to work weekends and rotating shifts
Physical stamina for bending lifting up to 40 lbs
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Continuous Improvement Processes CIP
Experience in union environment supervision
Lean Manufacturing experience
Supply Chain or Quality background
Red X & DFSS Certification
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, email)
Direct supervisory experience or internal GM per diem group leader experience
