Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 4 years experience leading teams
  • At least 4 years of facilitation experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a learning methodology
  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in learning facilitation
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry
