  • This role ensures that staffing programs, workforce structures, and talent strategies are legally sound, organizationally effective, and compliant across every jurisdiction in which Welo Data operates.
  • Key responsibilities include defining and driving Welo Data’s people strategy, leading org design and organizational effectiveness initiatives, and serving as the global escalation point for complex employee relations matters.
