Job Summary

  • Assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing day to day nursing functions and ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
  • Participate in developing and maintaining nursing service policies, quality assurance programs, and coordinate nursing care with other resident services.
  • Provide direct nursing care as necessary, supervise nursing staff, and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college
  • Minimum 2 years long term care experience
  • Current active RN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
  • Maintain continuing education and licensing
