Job Summary
The RN - Nurse Manager I shall be primarily responsible for the organization and implementation of day-to-day unit operations.
The Nurse Manager is also responsible for facilitating, coordinating, and evaluating unit activities for the provision of quality patient care within the framework of the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health.
As a member of the Nursing Service Leadership Team, the Nurse Manager will assist in the development of long and short term goals, objectives, policy development, and priority setting for the Nursing Department.
