  • Manages the PCRU, recruits and trains staff, develops policies, and oversees federal and sponsor funding, monitoring financial performance and compliance.
  • Acts as a liaison for clinical research activities between the department, School of Medicine, and external agencies, while also facilitating workforce development through seminars and research updates.
