Job Summary

  • The main purpose of the CAM’s work is to meet sales and revenue goals/ targets, develop relationships with business partners/ intermediaries, be a productive team member, and enable/train officers reporting to them.
  • Corporate Accounts Managers must ensure that partners/ intermediaries and mutual clients/accounts are satisfied with the Company’s (Medicard) services at all times, completing the sales cycle for repeat/renewal business.
  • They must train, influence, inspire, and lead other Corporate Accounts Officers via regular coaching and mentoring sessions, while also working closely with internal stakeholders and conducting required initiatives.
