Job Summary
Responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Manage a team of operators to meet productivity and quality goals by generating daily job assignment schedules, overseeing job responsibilities, and training/coaching less experienced operators.
Perform complex tasks in the Costa Rica manufacturing area, including certified critical process steps and coordinating/supporting production activities per written documentation.
