  • This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support critical production systems outside of regular business hours.

  • Source code management tools such as Git
  • Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of experience leading technical support teams
  • Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, AWS Cloud, GitLab Pipeline, EKS
