Job Summary

  • The Manager Inventory is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of assets used to process and ship grain, oilseed, and pulse crops.
  • Manage book‑vs‑physical reports, drying reports, and inventory audits to maximize blending revenues; report all areas of concern to the Director and/or VP of Operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of the team’s human resources responsibilities, including hiring, promotions, performance management, and terminations in accordance with company policy.
