Job Summary

  • As a Field Rep, you will commence a development program in which you will learn the fundamentals to succeed in your career at Caterpillar from senior leaders, subject matter experts and will be provided with business skills development training.
  • Upon completion of your development program and in your capacity as a Field Rep, your key focus will be to support Dealer development to build capability, drive process improvement and execute either Product Support (Service Operations) related strategies or Marketing and Sales Operations related strategies.
