The primary purpose of this role is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The position requires maintaining confidentiality of resident information, reporting changes in condition, and assisting residents with daily functions including mobility and personal care.
Employees are expected to cooperate with facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and to participate in regular nursing personnel meetings to improve service quality.
