Job Summary

  • As a Customer Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the end to end operational process for our customers.
  • You will play a key role in identifying opportunities and ways to improve our products to enhance customer experience and stickiness, working alongside Customer Success Managers, Product and Engineering.
  • This role has a base salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
