Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10+ years of commercial software engineering experience
  • Significant experience designing and delivering large-scale libraries, frameworks, platforms, and/or multi-threaded applications
  • Demonstrated ability to design and architect new initiatives independently
  • Proven experience leading technical implementation across teams
  • Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor senior engineers
  • Demonstrated ability to bring to bear AI-assisted development tools
  • Casino gaming or related proven experience
  • Windows or Linux embedded OS experience
