  • The Associate Director is responsible for supporting the deployment of BDE Fundamental tools through leading training events and facilitating kaizens across BD’s Business Units, Regions, and Corporate Functions.
  • Key responsibilities include partnering with BDE Fundamentals owner to strategically deploy tools, driving adoption of BD Excellence tools, and owning/assisting in the development of Lean tool training materials.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in continuous improvement culture
  • 3+ years experience leading kaizen/training events
  • 3+ years experience facilitating training across multiple sites
  • Significant career experience in embedded business system culture
  • Significant career experience leading CI initiatives in Finance and HR
  • Proven ability to lead organizational change
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience facilitating Kaizen events
  • Demonstrated ability to coach teams through problem-solving
  • Extensive experience in metric-driven roles
  • Strong organizational, project planning, scheduling, and risk management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office tools, SAP knowledge
