Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office products, including PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in reading and responding to Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and developing proposal submissions and pitch decks
  • Excellent business writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to express ideas and concepts compellingly and convincingly, using text and graphics
  • Self-starter with superior organization and time management skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
