5+ years experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals
3+ years leading large scale strategic initiatives
Advanced degree in Life sciences or Business
Strong data analysis and modeling skills
Experience with Agile principles and project management tools

Master's degree or MBA in Operations
Database and Data Warehouse experience
PowerBI and Smartsheet proficiency
Fluent in written and verbal English
