Base: $94,900 - $209,600 annually (US); Base: $144,800 - $209,600 (California); Equity/AIP: Eligible for short-term incentives and long-term equity awards

Must-have
8+ years in SEO or content strategy
Demonstrated experience working with Wikipedia at scale
Deep understanding of Wikipedia policies and sourcing requirements
Experience partnering with third-party Wikipedia agencies
Ability to influence without direct authority
Nice-to-have
Strong judgment in high-risk content environments
Experience operating within large matrixed enterprises
Partnership with Communications and Legal teams
Knowledge of GEO and authority strategies
Key Requirements
8+ years experience in SEO, content strategy, or digital reputation management
Proven track record managing Wikipedia governance or editing at scale
Mastery of NPOV, COI, verifiability, and reliable sourcing policies
