Job Summary

  • The Counselor in Charge is responsible for providing vocational rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with disabilities, supporting them in achieving and maintaining competitive employment.
  • This position also provides guidance and instruction to assigned counselors on casework issues, reviews and approves casework for designated Rehabilitation Counselor I staff, and monitors assigned caseloads for outcome goals, budgets, and overall program management.
