Job Summary

• The Manager, Integrated Field Insights & Analytics will contribute to operational excellence, process engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the Director, Field Insights & Analytics – X Portfolio and leadership team in driving efficiency and innovation across multiple therapeutic areas (TAs).
• This role focuses on enabling high-quality insights and streamlined operations rather than direct ownership of large-scale project delivery.

Base: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00; Bonus/Equity: performance-based cash incentive and eligibility for annual equity awards; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Engineering or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in process engineering, operational excellence, analytics, or operations within pharma or healthcare
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proficiency in process mapping and analytics tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
