Brightree by ResMed is seeking a remote Patient Success Representative to manage patient follow-ups and inquiries related to medical equipment resupply. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service and sales experience, along with the ability to navigate multiple computer applications

Job Summary

  • This fully remote position offers competitive pay, and medical, dental, 401K and employee stock purchase plan.
  • The Patient Success Representative will make and receive follow-up calls to and from medical equipment patients for solicitation of resupply of existing products.
  • You can expect to work a 40-hour work week with shifts on Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm CST (8 hr. shift per day).
