Leverage expertise in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and other predictive methodologies to collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement strategies that maximize system uptime.
Responsibilities include analysis of criticality and failures, optimization through daily huddles, project support for reliability integration, and leading problem investigations through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
8 years of experience in maintenance and reliability programs
2 years' experience with rotating equipment and electrical systems
Formal training in statistics or statistical process control
Proficiency with SAP CMMS desired
CMRP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or LEAN / Six Sigma certification preferred
