The role involves managing the dispatch of work to operational staff, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining high data integrity standards

Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for the scheduling, coordination, and dispatch of work to operational staff based on customer requirements, priorities, and availability of both internal and external resources.
  • This position is part of a 24/7 operations team working a structured rotating roster of 9 hour shifts across days, afternoons and nights, averaging 300 hours over an 8-week cycle.
