The Associate Director PK is responsible for leading the design, execution, and interpretation of pharmacokinetic and toxicokinetic strategies to support drug discovery and development programs.
This role requires supervising a team of Principal and Senior PK Scientists while ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory compliance in studies conducted at external CROs.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Ph.D. in Life Sciences discipline
8+ years industry experience in PK/PD
Proficiency in PK/PD and PBPK software
Strong understanding of ADME and translational science
Experience leading Principal and Senior scientists
Nice-to-have
Experience with omics data integration
Machine learning or AI-enhanced modeling skills
Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
Experience with various drug modalities
Ability to influence at all organizational levels
Key Requirements
Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Systems Pharmacology, or related field
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in PK/PD and PBPK
Proven leadership experience managing senior scientific teams
