The primary purpose of this role is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
The position requires reporting all changes in residents’ conditions and any incidents to appropriate supervisory personnel promptly.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and follow established policies and procedures to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Assist with resident mobility and transfers

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
