Key Requirements

  • California state issued Phlebotomy license (CPT) or application filed
  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months phlebotomy experience with Geriatrics and Pediatric patients
  • Pass standardized color blindness test
  • At least 21 years old with clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • 1 or more years phlebotomist experience preferred
  • Current or prior experience with Labcorp preferred
