Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to lead Health, Safety, & Environmental Affairs efforts across a defined geographic region of manufacturing and service facilities.
The role requires fostering an accountable and engaged culture that goes beyond metrics to drive performance towards Zero Incidents and Zero Emissions.
The manager will partner with facility leaders to assess operations fairly, investigate incidents, and ensure consistent application of the Accountability Matrix.
