Job Summary

  • Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of systems and performance of the National Network Operation Center surveillance operation for rapid detection and repair of network faults.
  • Monitors databases, networks, operating system devices and software applications to detect service degradation and/or failure errors, and performs corrective actions.
  • Communicates with customers in a professional manner while demonstrating courtesy, patience and troubleshooting skills.
