Base: $156,000.00 - $234,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, etc.

Key Requirements
7+ years experience with bachelor's degree
5+ years managerial experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
8–12+ years in cybersecurity
3–5 years in leadership or management role
Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
