Diversey is seeking a Customer Service II representative to efficiently manage orders, handle customer complaints, and support sales teams. The ideal candidate should have up to two years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with order management processes

Job Summary

  • Process all orders efficiently, accurately and in line with policies and procedures, and handle and close customer complaints on time.
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails dealing with Customers needs and build relationships with key customers.
  • Attend all relevant training courses in order to develop skills and increase knowledge of Diversey products required to carry out role.
