Base: $146,000 - $194,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Highly competitive equity grants included; Benefits: Top-tier benefits package available at little to no cost

Must-have
Graduate of U.S. military test pilot school
10+ years flight test experience
1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command time
Commercial pilot certificate with Instrument rating
FAA Class 2 Medical maintained annually
TS/SCI security clearance eligibility
Nice-to-have
US Military Weapons School Graduate
ATP certificate with Class 1 medical
Masters in Aerospace Engineering
Experience with high performance turbine aircraft
Certified Flight Instructor / Instrument
First flight experience on developmental manned or large UAS
Key Requirements
Graduate of U.S. military test pilot school or DCMAINST 8210.1 qualifications
10+ years flight test experience including first flight and envelope expansion
1,000 hours Pilot-in-Command time or 500 hours in unmanned aircraft
Commercial pilot certificate with Instrument rating
FAA Class 2 Medical maintained annually
Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance
