Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing school
  • Current State LPN/LVN licensure
  • CPR Certification
  • Completion of Nurses Technical Training Program
  • One year medical-surgical nursing experience preferred
  • Hemodialysis experience preferred
  • ICU experience preferred
  • Pass Ishihara Color Blindness test
