Job Summary

  • Training and education for Nursing staff and students Establish optimal clinical learning environment
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate preceptorship scheme for strengthening clinical support of new staff
  • Provide OJT training of new staff and assist Nurse Managers in the wards to ensure their competencies
