Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Capital project delivery from concept to completion
  • Knowledge of HVAC electrical utilities infrastructure
  • Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet

Nice-to-have

  • PE license or PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with SAP AutoCAD building management systems
  • Familiarity with BIM tools or digital asset platforms
  • Six Sigma or Lean continuous improvement certifications
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Key Requirements
